For help centres, knowledge bases and support teams
Every article,
answering together.
Search returns ten articles; the customer wanted one sentence. Anvero answers across your whole help centre, cites the source and hands the rest to a person.
The problem
The answer is in an article somewhere. Customers can’t find it, so they open a ticket.

Where your search box is
The search-bar embed sits in your help centre and answers across every article at once, with citations — then suggests the next three questions.
Go to Billing → Invoices, filter by date, then choose Export → CSV. Only admins can export.

A person when it’s needed
When the articles can’t answer, it says so and offers your support route: a named team, a contact form or a phone line.
I can’t find that on our site, so I won’t guess. The page below has the latest information — or the team can help.
The question is also logged as a gap, so you can decide whether to answer it on the site.

The articles to write next
Every declined question is grouped and ranked by demand, so your team writes the articles customers are missing.

FAQ
Questions from support teams, answered.
Does it replace our helpdesk?
No. It sits in front of your helpdesk and answers what your articles already cover. Tickets, inboxes and account-specific questions stay with your support tool and team.
Our help centre isn’t on WordPress. Does it work?
If the articles are public, yes: the crawler indexes them and the search-bar embed is added with a script tag. For private help content, talk to us.
Can customers see where the answer came from?
Yes. Every answer cites the articles it used, so customers can read the full article.
